Tiberias: Jordan River Baptismal Site

I am very much enjoying my vacation here in Israel. My family and I are currently resting at our hotel in Tiberias. We just had the time of our lives today! The vacation is turning out to be such a huge success. My kids are totally enjoying themselves. Today, we went to the Jordan River baptismal site. Aside from it being a holy site that we should not miss, we were able to do some kayaking, swimming and other water activities. As an added bonus, we wound up the day with an early supper at this restaurant in the area that fuses French techniques with local Cannanite ingredients.
