We not all work together

We have gone kicking and screaming into the electronic technology age. We were able to get buy for years with our people in production getting the product out and when called upon answering any questions the customer may have concerning how to make it work at their site. Today things just move too fast to keep operating in that mode. We can not afford to pull production people and the sales force does not always have the answer when queried. Thanks to Siebel Australia and the Bright Blue consultants we can not coordinate our efforts and get the most efficient response to our customers.
