The Poor HR Department Needs Some Help.

I am a human resources director for a small company in town and we are swamped. I keep telling management that we need some help like a good HR software program but they don’t see the point. I keep telling them that if we got something like that it would not only help us place better more qualified people into the company but it would free up more time for our department in order for us to do the other millions of things that need doing. I am sure that they will see the light soon, how could they not?
