Reading Reviews Before Buying

My laptop is incredibly slow and this annoys me. I have only had this particular model for a little over a year now and it has slowed down considerably. A co-worker suggested that I may have registry issues and I should buy registry repair software. Before I spend any money though, I want to know which programs work and which don’t. That’s why I am reading registry cleaner reviews. I would like to know which programs have worked for people and which have not. Wasting money on something that does not work would annoy me even more. I just want my laptop running properly again.
