All I was looking for was a quote on a DVD Replication of about 1000 DVD’s that I needed. What I got in return for the inquisition was a top level quote with the customer service that was impeccable. In an instant I felt at ease that this is where I needed to take my business. If they took care of me so honestly and individually without even knowing who I was or the business I had, I knew I could count on the company. Customer service is all but an oxymoron these days and when you can find the service, grab it.
