Poker site assessment

Going to a specific web site for information is always a good idea as long as you remember the reason(s) that information is posted. For instance, I was interested in playing on-line poker and went to the PokerStars.com site. It is an interesting site, full of good information. But this information is there to sell you on the site and is not an independent assessment. My next chore was to find a site where Poker Stars reviewed experiences were available. I found such a site on www.on-the-flop.com and discovered that at least one player felt that Poker Stars was the place to go for tournament play.
