Reseach On Photo Id Systems

When I was still a Recruitment Officer in our Human Resourec Department, I also used to handle the identification cards of our employees (new and old). Anyways, there was a year when the Human Resource Management Head wanted to change the old ID system and he assigned that project to me. So I did a little research on several Photo Id Systems. So I made a research, did a program proposal and recommended at that time what I thought was best for the company and for the employees. Of course there was no pleasing everybody but majority of the employees liked it.
