Unappreciated at Work

I want to go biscayne bay fishing very badly. My boss talks about how great it is all the time. He goes at least four time a year. One of these days I am going to open my own business so I can do stuff like this. It’s all the hard work I do that allows him to pay for these trips and he doesn’t appreciate it one bit. In fact, he acts offended when I take my one week of vacation every year. If the pay weren’t so great, I would be out of here in a heartbeat. I’m saving 20% of each paycheck now for when I go out on my own.
