Integrity and Big Business are not normally thought of as going together. The CEO of Emergent BioSolutions Inc. is an exception to the rule. Fuad El-Hibri is a man who appears to know where he wants to go and doesn’t feel the need to use questionable business practices to get there. He can buck the government on on control of Bio Defense vaccines issues. He refuses to use the bribery system in other countries to obtain favor, and is quick to acknowledge that his success in the business area is a result of a team effort by those working with and for the company.
