    Foreclosure News: Cash Buyers Gobbling Up Foreclosed Homes in Palm Beach

    According to the latest foreclosure news, cash buyers in Palm Beach County, Florida, have been leaving nothing for prospective buyers who are dependent on financial help provided by the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). Not a single buyer who has applied for the NSP initiative has been approved due to a number of reasons. The NSP has several requirements and one of these is that the location of the foreclosed home to be bought should be in neighborhoods that have the most foreclosures. However, whenever NSP applications find a property that they like and satisfy the prerequisites at the same time, cash buyers have been always successful in outbidding them.
