Why should I compare conveyancing? Why not just use a local solicitor, and be done with it?
To me, this seems like a daft question!
If I can get the same job done, to the same standard for hundreds of pounds less, then I’d be MAD not to look around.
I’ve found a really good service that lets you compare conveyancing quotes from loads of different solicitors. The cheapest solicitor changes from day-to-day. It’s really easy to compare conveyancing quotes with this service. You just tap in your postcode, and the price of the property you’re trying to sell (and / or purchase), enter a couple of other bits an bobs, and then push the button.
