When pure metals are fused, then normal processes of welding will suffice most of the times. But in the case of fusing of mixed alloys or combination of materials the magnetarc welding technique is the best. Different materials such as carbon steel or cast iron which are a mixture of a lot of metals can be joined using this process.The magnetarc ‘s speciality lies in its power of precision. The arc along with the inert gas as shield gives a very good and strong and precise weld. Magnetarc welding is also used because it is cost effective as no expensive filler material is required and it saves a lot of production time. Magnetarc welding gives overcomes all the problems of conventional welding processes.
