Starting a New Business in Florida

A good friend of mine who also resides in Florida, recently started his own home based business. He’s basically an internet marketer but he hires individuals to do work for him under contract. He ended up choosing to start an LLC because he felt it was the best choice for him and his business. In order to start up the business, he needed to fill out and file the appropriate Florida legal forms to make sure his business was legitimate and okay to operate within the state of Florida. It was very inexpensive to get started and his business is doing very well.
