    Compelled to Pay What is Owed

    My father passed away a few months ago and my mother and the family were just devastated.  My dad had a rather large life insurance policy to help provide for my mom when he died.  She didn’t think it would be a difficult matter but when she tried to collect on the policy she got nothing but a complete runaround from the insurance company.  I tried to help her but got nowhere.  I decided at that time that I would look into retaining a Lehigh Acres attorney to compel the insurance company to pay what is owed.  My mother needs that money.
