    A Binding Contract

    My husband and I own a rental property and we needed some assistance with creating a binding contract between ourselves and the tenants who will be renting the property.  We decided that we wanted to seek legal advice because we wanted to make sure that we were protected.  We found an excellent attorney who specializes in Missouri Contract Law and he was invaluable to us in this situation.  He created the perfect contract and we feel that we are well protected in the event that any damages are made to our property.  We could not have done this without the help of our attorney.
