House Won’t Sell

I never thought that it would come to this but it has. We have a wonderful family home and we have to move to another city. We love our home and do not really want to sell but we have to. To make matters worse, with this real estate market that we are in right now we are not getting offers that are anywhere close to our price range. We are now looking into property investing so that maybe we can keep the house for a long time and maybe just find renters in the meantime and we won’t take such a hit financially.
