Variety and changing my exercise workout for great results!

I like to train regularly in the gym to keep in shape. Over the years I have observed that my body responds best by incorporating variety into my approach by regularly changing my exercise workout. This observation is backed up by research and practiced by most trainers that I know. The body seems to adapt to the same routine so you need to change it on a regular basis to shock it into new progress. The way I do this is to alter the exercises and the amount of repetitions that I perform. The new variety is also great for keeping me motivated.
