Treating High Blood Pressure Without Medications

There are times in our lives when stress can get the best of us. It happened to me. Dad passed away and Mom had to move in with my husband and me. We had to clean out and sell her home. Well, you know where I’m going with this. My menstrual cycle was acting crazy so I went to my doctor. She found I had high blood pressure. She thought it was probably due to stress. Amazingly she suggested that I try the Breatheasy slow breathing technique before she prescribed me pills. She knows that if there is any side effect to medicine I’ll experience it. She saw me two weeks later and my blood pressure was back to normal. I am still using the technique because I feel so much more relaxed and happy overall.
