The important and basic aspect of Fat Burning Furnace is that the exercises set out in it help the body to continue burning fat even after the completion of the workout. The author avoids using extended periods of workouts that accelerate the heart beat. Instead, he has devised workouts that involve lifting weights. These are intensive exercises which need to be done for just 15 to 25 minutes each day, and only three times in a week. The weight loss program set out in Fat Burning Furnace is not based on diets that are unpalatable and therefore difficult to keep up. Though the program set out in the book assures you of quick results, it requires that you follow the program regularly and faithfully. It should not difficult for any one to find 15 minutes to do the exercises. While the book is excellent as far as the workout schemes are concerned, it would have been nice if more attention was paid to the part dealing with nutrition. Perhaps the lack of adequate information about nutrition may be attributed to the fact that this part added merely to complement the workout section
