My dad, although getting up there in years, has always been a very active person. After a car accident that left him paralyzed from the waist down, he was worried that he would no longer be able to do many of the things that he once enjoyed. My dad didn’t let his injury get him down. My dad just purchased an electric mobility scooter. The scooter will allow him to continue to enjoy the outdoors and participate in activities that he has always loved. The electric scooters these days are much more advanced than the manual wheelchairs that used to be a person’s only option.
