Home fitness exercise with your home gym

When you have your own home gym, you can work on your home fitness exercise program any time of day or night. If you have a basement or spare bedroom with space, set up your exercise equipment and work towards improving your body in the privacy of your own home.
Some basic equipment that a home gym should have include: an elliptical machine (trainer), exercise ball, treadmill, weight bench, and exercise mat. Also you may want a stationary bike and some dumbbells.
The equipment should be of good quality, sturdy and built to last. It need not be expensive to be of good quality. You don’t need the Cadillac of equipment unless you have a Caddy budget to match it. Chevy will work just fine and last you a long time.
