Dieting vs. Weight camp: A No- Brainer Decision
October 1st, 2008 by admin
I don’t believe in diets, in the general sense. Some people can pull it off, but I’ve known a lot who haven’t. Perhaps this is because dieting needs a lot of discipline, and most of the time, a lot of people can only hold the discipline for a few weeks and then it falls apart. Weight is something I remember to be an issue for a lot of people even from the time I’ve known what ‘issue’ meant. But I believe that now, that issue has found a solution through weight camps. I believe that weight camps are definitely a more effective way to lose weight than dieting or other self- undertaken ideas for weight loss. These camps encourage discipline among those who join them, in terms of the scheduled activities and nutrition programs that they offer. If one really gets down to it, discipline gets the deed done, but it’s not just something you impulsively decide on one day. To maintain it needs enforcement, and that’s one of the things that weight camps can do for you that dieting can’t.
