Physiotherapists or chiropractors are the other specialists you might want to consult, if you experience any back pain. If there is any inflammation, or swelling, these people may prescribe some topical medications, which are available over the counter. But some of these medications are essentially for temporary relief. Permanent cure to the back pain problem can only be through regular exercise.
