Nikon quick chargers MH 23 to sort out adaptor problems

Some of the people have some questions whether they can use their old cable which they were already using with their older chargers for Nikon 4300. Their argument is that the cable from that bundle is in match with the hole of the input section in Nikon Quick Charger MH-23. They further put up a query that being in Europe is it possible to use a U. S. made cable of the charger. For them there are the answers that they could do this because these are both the A C cable. The only issue is that there might be a difference between a European and a U S plug in system and this can be sorted out by using the adaptor for that.
