IP phone system is a good technology that helps businesses such as call centers to take in calls from their clients. This system includes routing as well as auto-queuing of calls for this industry and IP phones.
There are two types of phones available in this system. First, it has a soft phone that where the computer has an application that will automatically take in calls and may serve as a virtual phone. Second, there are also hard phones that are connected to the computer and use it to take in calls. Most of the time, there are companies that utilize or synchronize both hard phones and soft phones to answer the calls of their customers.
