There are no loopholes to credit laws

Never think that there are loopholes that will allow a credit repair company to erase your poor credit. There is absolutely no legal way for this to occur. The operative word is “repair”. When something is repaired, it is restored to its original state, fixed, or patched up. It is not erased. Therefore, it is not practical for you to assume that your credit can be erased by a company. They are not selling you the truth. No one can remove accurate information from your credit file. You will have to deal with it the old fashioned way: pay it off.
