I have been working with a team of people at our new place, and I want every detail to be in place. I want people know beyond a shadow of a doubt that we have poured everything we have into making this place a success. I know that most people I run into don’t want to pay too much for where they eat, but I want people to know that you pay for excellence. If you want an amazing experience, be willing to pay for it. That is why I have menu covers that look like something you can find at a 5 star place.
