One Step Beyond

I have been a registered nurse for about 7 years now and I love my job. I love working for my doctor and I have grown to love my patients over the years. I have no desire to go elsewhere in my career but eventually I am sure that my Doctor will move on and I would like to have my BSN in case I have to look for another job. I am looking into the RN to BSN programs and although I do not need to move out of my position I think that this is a safe career move to take.
