Obama’s campaign effect on printing

I wonder what the effect of the election of Barack Obama has had on Printing in Chicago. As Senator of Illinois, Chicago can claim lay claim to a link to Obama. Commemorative publications have appeared in significant numbers since his election. Photo essays of the days of the election, short biographies and essays on his performance as senator; all have been printed since his election. If they were all printed locally it would mean a boost to printing in Chicago at a time when the economy is in trouble. Possibly a number of jobs have been saved, albeit temporarily through these publications.
