New Position With Chance Of Promotion

The company I work for doesn’t really afford me any opportunity to move up. The management is all young, and most of the people have just recently been promoted into their positions. It doesn’t look like there will be an opening any time soon for a promotion, so I am looking for a new marketing job in a company where there will eventually be a chance for me to move up after I have proven myself. I think if I worked for a larger company there would be more opportunities to move up than with a small company like I work for now.
