Learn organizational culture from the school through teachers

The first platform to build Organizational Culture in students is to be begin from their school days itself. School teaches are duty bound to teach students not only their academic lessons but also should teach basics of civilization. Everyone should know about the organizational culture at their teen age and should understand that it is an important step forward to ones success. If the students has to learn about good civilization, then their teachers must have good organizational culture otherwise it will be difficult to teach students about the good qualities. If the teachers use the correct mode or motivational methods, then it will be easy for them to teach.
