Effective time management aids productivity

Effective time management is impossible if you do not keep a good time plan. To truly get the most from your day you need to have a clear idea of how you are going to spend each hour. What you need to do is to write down everything you need to do in the day ahead and allocate a specific time for each task. Just five or ten minutes should be enough for you to make your time plan and it is an excellent time investment.  Start by writing in meetings and other tasks that have to be done at a specific time so that you’re practising effective time management. Then you can write in other tasks that you need to complete at times that suit you. For work, it is best to allocate chunks of time that suit your attention span. If you do this each day you should find yourself becoming more productive and less stressed.
