Determining Fault

I was just recently involved in a car accident with another driver, and I have heard that they need to determine whose fault it was in order to decide which insurance company will need to pay the bills for the parties who were involved in the accident. I think it was definitely the other driver’s fault, he must have run the red light because mine was clearly green. However, there were no witnesses, so how will they determine which one of us was at fault? I think I need to find a good Maryland lawyer to represent me to make sure that the truth comes out.
