In the working capitalization Book and some place else, there were many reports so far showing that only a low number of monetary firms seem to be acting as if they actually understand that “We’re all in this together”. A special concern by many observers is that the biggest banks ( basically those receiving Fed. funds lately to help with their agitated money operations ) aren’t acting in this way in any way. ( one ) although the funds have presumably been provided to do just, banks receiving rescue funds have not been able to resume an ordinary lending pattern for commercial finance funding.
