Buying down south

A mate of mine from up in Auckland is keen on buying a house down here in Taupo where I live, so I have been getting some information together for him. I spoke to an agent the other day who has given me a listing of all the taupo homes for sale so I can send that on to my friend. I have tried to filter through the list as I know he and his wife are very particular and some of the places would not even be worth mentioning to them. Anyhow, we are working on it and hopefully it won’t be long until they make the move.
