Water Car Pro (which looks to be an AMAZING product) does this themselves as their main proof, simply because it works so well. There are many news stations, including CNN themselves, who have given stories on this technology, and they are on youtube for everyone to see. Running your car on water is absolutely no joke. The technology definitely exists right now.
