Info on running your car on water

I like the idea that you can run your car on water. At least it should do something about global warming, which has obviously become a big issue in 2008. I am not sure what major world powers are doing about global warming, to be honest. Many countries (including the US) do not want to co-operate. But by getting a hybrid car or converting your car to use a combination of water and gas, you can definitely cut back on your emissions. So if you care about the environment, then you owe it to yourself to do this.
